If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase via traceable delivery service at your cost within 15 days of the invoice date for a full refund or credit less shipping charges. Returns received after 15 days of the invoice date will be subject to a restocking fee up to the full price of the product.
Items on preview are not invoiced until the end of the 3-week preview period and should be sent back within 3-weeks.
To return a video or videos that you have received under our free 3-week preview program, simply return via traceable delivery service, at your cost. Please include a copy of your order acknowledgement or your contact information for proper credit. Discount-Training-Videos.com is not responsible for lost, misdirected or damaged materials.
