Is a contract required?
No contract needs to be reviewed or signed. Simply place your order with a credit card and your order will be shipped to you. Videos have a 15-day money back satisfaction guarantee and a six month unconditional warranty.

Can I make copies of your products?
All of the products sold or shipped by Discount-Training-Videos.com are copyright protected by law and cannot be copied or duplicated, by any means. It is also illegal to edit or alter any of the products sold or sent for preview.

What are the penalties for violating copyright protections?
Discount-Training-Videos.com will charge full value for merchandise upon verification of illegal duplication, editing or alterations of any of the products it distributes. In addition, the producers of the product may pursue Federal copyright charges with fines in excess of $25,000 per violation.

The Training Network offers two free options for previewing programs:

Online previews Online Previews are designed as a free service and are to be used for purchase consideration only. Online previews cannot be used for instruction and such use violates U.S. copyright laws. Any title available for preview online is clearly noted when a product list is displayed.

FREE 3-Week Preview Program
The free 3-week program means that you can select any safety training VHS, order them without the requirement to purchase, and watch the full length program to help or determine which training DVD/VHS best suits your needs. Any training video that does not meet your requirements can be returned within three weeks to Discount-Training-Videos.com.
DVDs cannot be previewed so review the VHS and then, when satisfied with the program, order the DVD version.
What happens if I need more time to preview your videos?
Preview extensions may be requested by contacting Customer Service at customerservice@discount-training-videos-com or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-984-0031 (within the U.S.A.) or 1.919.544.6663 (outside the U.S.A.).

Shipping
How do you ship your products?
We ship via United States Postal Service Media Mail within the continental US. This means you should receive your package within 5 to 7 business days depending on your area of the country. Orders to other locations are shipped via FedEx 3-Day Express Saver®. International shoppers will be contacted with actual shipping charges before the order is shipped.
Can I get a package shipped via overnight service to me?
Discount-Training-Videos.com is able to ship via FedEx. FedEx Standard Overnight® and FedEx 2Day® are available at a minimal additional cost to you. In contrast to our Express Saver® and UPS options, you will be required to pay for these shipping charges regardless of whether or not you purchase the product.

Warranty
